Oasis Venue is a one stop shop! We offer on & off-site full event design + event decoration rentals. We can provide balloons, centerpieces, linens, charger plates, & more! It all starts with the inspiration and we will set the vibes from there!

FAQ's

Our booking and payment process is entirely electronic through our secure client portal. Simply provide your event details (date, time, type of event, guest count, add-ons) and your contact information (name, phone number, email address). To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event.

We require a minimum booking of three hours. Please note that setup and teardown time must be included within your reserved event duration.

Yes, you are permitted to choose your own caterer and/or bring your own food into the venue.
 

Our kitchenette/prep area is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, sink, warmers, microwave, counter space, prep table, and a commercial ice machine.

You are permitted to bring your own beverages (BYOB) to the venue; however, the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. The client is responsible for all alcohol consumption and cleanup. A licensed bartender must be used, and their license number and insurance information must be provided to us before the event.

Absolutely! We have relationships with some of the best event vendors in the industry and are happy to recommend them to you. However, if you already have your vendors selected, you are welcome to bring them.

Setup and teardown of all items not provided by Oasis Venue must be included within your reserved rental time. This includes any time needed by vendors for their setup and teardown. Tables and chairs will be set up and prearranged for you based on the agreed-upon room layout mockup provided to you.

We offer comprehensive event design services, a la carte add-ons, and setup and teardown options. Please note that event design services and decoration add-ons are available at an additional cost.

Yes, there is ample parking available in front of the venue. You are also welcome to park in the 5th Third Bank spots next door. For larger events, we offer on-street parking next to Valvoline and additional parking across the street at Baskin-Robbins.
