1. What types of events can be hosted at Oasis Party Venue?
Answer: Oasis Party Venue is a flexible space available for private-use gatherings, including social celebrations, creative events, community functions, and more. Whether you’re bringing people together to celebrate, connect, or collaborate, our space can be tailored to your needs.
2. What is the maximum guest capacity?
Answer: Our venue can accommodate up to 100 guests comfortably.
3. What are your available rental packages?
Answer: We offer three rental packages: Oasis Essentials ($1050), Golden Sands ($1950), and Mirage ($2950). Each package includes different levels of service and amenities to suit your event needs.
4. What is included in each rental package?
Answer: Our packages vary in the services and amenities offered. Please visit our “Packages” page for a detailed breakdown of what’s included in each.
5. Is there on-site parking available?
Answer: Yes, parking is available. The venue shares access to approximately 50 on-site spots, with additional parking nearby—including 17 spaces at the adjacent bank (available evenings and weekends), as well as street parking and nearby lot options across the street.
6. Can I bring my own vendors?
Answer: Yes, we allow you to bring your own vendors. However, we also have a list of preferred vendors that we recommend for catering, decorations, and entertainment. All vendors including bartenders must be insured.
7. Is there a kitchen or prep area for catering?
Answer:
While we do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities on-site, there is space available for caterers to set up and serve pre-prepared food. All food must be brought in fully prepared, as cooking is not permitted on the premises.
9. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer: Yes, Oasis Party Venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
10. Is outside catering and Alcohol allowed
Answer: Yes, you’re welcome to bring in outside food and beverages. If serving alcohol, a licensed and insured bartender is required. All food must be pre-prepared off-site, as cooking is not permitted on the premises.
